Welfare, Rural Development In Focus: Andhra Pradesh Presents Rs 3.32 Lakh Crore Budget

The Andhra Pradesh government has unveiled a comprehensive budget of Rs 3.32 lakh crore, prioritizing welfare and rural development initiatives. A significant allocation of Rs 19,306 crore has been set aside for the Health, Medical, and Family Welfare Department, reflecting the state's commitment to improving healthcare services. Additionally, the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Department, led by Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, has received nearly Rs 23,000 crore. This budget aims to enhance infrastructure, provide essential services, and uplift rural communities, thereby fostering overall socio-economic growth in the state.
